thought you all might like to read this too..i came across this today on a site…i want to check out the scriptures…and study Gods word….it helps me so much to stay focused and he always helps me to accomplish  my goals….because i know that he doesnt want me to be fat, and unhealthy….i know that he will guide me in this journey…just like when he helped me to quit smoking…i gave it to him and have not wanted or smoked one since……i know i can get into shape and be healthier with God on my side…..
